Yes. We offer both automatic and manual lessons in Dordrecht and the surrounding area.

Yes, from age 16.5 you can already start. You'll get your licence at 17 and may then drive with a supervisor.

Paying in instalments
Prefer to spread the cost? No problem! You can pay for your package in up to 5 monthly instalments. Each package shows how many instalments are possible.
- There is an administration fee of €8 per instalment.
- The last instalment must be paid in full no later than 1 week before your test date.
Please note: instalments are not available for intensive packages.

Do I need to speak Dutch to take lessons?
No. All lessons, materials and communication with your instructor are entirely in English, so you don't need to know any Dutch to get your driving licence.
Can I use my driving experience from my home country?
Yes. If you've driven before, we can put together a shorter package that sharpens your existing skills instead of starting from zero.
Is the CBR practical exam also available in English?
The practical exam itself is a driving test, not a language test, and your instructor makes sure you're fully prepared for it. Some CBR examiners can give instructions in English on request — we help you arrange this in advance.
Can I exchange my foreign driving licence instead of taking lessons?
Depending on your nationality, you may be able to exchange your licence directly at the RDW without lessons or an exam. Contact us and we'll advise you on the fastest route for your situation.
How long does a driving lesson take?
A driving lesson at Rijbewijs Helden lasts 60 minutes. We plan lessons at times that suit your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
